Microsoft has released its collaborative Whiteboard app for Windows 10 devices. The app can be used to create drawings or presentations containing images, share them with other users or edit them together. The projects can be integrated into Microsoft’s Office solutions or the networking program Teams. The app is available free for download on the Microsoft Store.
Microsoft is building greater power and functionality into its already-feature-rich solution, Office365. Compared to the stand-alone platforms and third-party integrated (after acquisitions) solutions by competitors, this really puts O365 into a league of its own in terms of actual usability, functionality and collaboration.
The app saves anything the team creates automatically, storing it in the cloud for access from anywhere, at any time. This also allows teams to work together in real time from an app or computer screen.
